总体描述：
   In order to support Oki the customer use and the development based on the Oki ML86410 IP camera and the video frequency server, Oki Corporation provided the complete set reference design to be advantageous for the customer to carry on the product fast the software and hardware development.
    This reference design has contained the complete set based on the Oki product necessary chip and whole set embedded software plan and the PC end software decoder plan.
